  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation notification.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Damaged or Lost Items

Hadi Retail Ventures is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • File a claim directly with the courier company.

  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof.

  • Inform us with full details so we can assist where possible.

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • A cancellation fee may apply for prepaid orders canceled after processing has started.

  • Return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
